Seed's mission is to help as many people as possible to find a love of exercise, sport, and movement that has nothing to do with social media aesthetic or societal pressure.
I'm a rare type of PT who loves exercising but also watching TV all day. I love going to the pub, reading books, playing Mario Kart, and eating pizza (and not the healthy cauliflower kind). I don't do food prep, eat broccoli and chicken out of Tupperware boxes, track calories, or bother with fitness trackers. It's possible to love exercise and sport without compromising on all the other lovely aspects of normal life 🤷♀️
I absolutely adore sport and working out but the world of fitness and health can be a really negative space, especially for anyone with negative body image or low self-esteem. I've spent years working on finding a balance between exercising out of a place of negativity and self-hatred, and exercising because it makes me feel GOOD! I want to empower you to ditch the diet culture and stop following all those Instagram influencers. Come and exercise and move your wonderful bod with me!
I've been a qualified PT for 6 years and have lots of experience working with young people. I currently coach lacrosse and fencing and I worked at Bristol Uni Sport doing fitness instructing, group exercise classes, sports leadership and mentoring.
