I have the Level 4 Certificate in Exercise and Nutritional Interventions for Obesity and Diabetes, Level 3 Certificate in Exercise Referral, Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing.

Here's an overview of the main types of PT services I offer. 

Personal Training

Weekly or flexible training sessions, designed to make training as fun, convenient, and motivating as possible. I come to you with a bunch of equipment and all you need to do is follow my instructions! After a consultation about your goals, I will ensure your sessions are as productive, efficient and goal-crushing as possible.

Personalised Gym Plans

Enjoy the gym but feel a bit lost when it comes to deciding what to do? Feel like you're not making any progress towards your goals but unsure what needs to change? After a consultation about your goals and gym habits, I will write 2 x 4 week gym plan and include a fortnightly catch up call to find out how things are going. It's your time to feel empowered in the gym!

Boxing/Boxercise workouts

Boxing is an amazing cardio and core workout with the benefit of working the brain as well as the body. As a Boxercise instructor, I love teaching punches and combinations and I can guarantee you an extra fun, extremely sweaty fitness session with me on the pads!

Online Zoom Classes

Starting in Lockdown, my HIIT and flexibility classes have continued due to popular demand. Join me on Monday morning at 10am for HIIT, or start your day with me on Friday mornings at 7:45am for a full body stretch.
